Supporting Parents' Role as parents
From the foundational years (0–7) to the critical stage of adolescence (13–17), we provide personalised evidence-based psychological support for parents and families. For parents with young children our primary focus is to help you master behavioural limits, emotional regulation, and the challenges of developmental and educational transitions (starting school, changing routines, friendship difficulties). For parents with adolescents, we address personal and educational transitions (excessive social media use, identity formation, university preparation) while paying special attention to the impact of social media and technology on mental health, self-esteem, and family connection. We help your family move from guesswork to grounding.
Workshops & Seminars for Parents Expert-led Mental Health Training for Groups of Parents

Delivering Group Sessions
Parenting is challenging enough alone. In a group, it becomes transformational. Our expert-led workshops equip groups of parents — whether from a school, workplace, or community organisation — with evidence-based strategies to navigate tantrums, teenage transitions, and parental burnout. Led by a BPS Chartered Psychologist with 20+ years of global experience, each session blends the latest research in emotional regulation, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, CBT, and ACT with practical, take-home tools. Topics include emotional dysregulation (0–12), social media and adolescent mental health (13–17), and parental stress management. Interactive, supportive, and non-judgmental. Empower your parent community with science that works.
